This air fryer home fries recipe makes crispy, golden potatoes tossed with savory spices, onions, and peppers for a quick and flavorful side dish.

Cook Time 30 minutes minutes
Total Time 40 minutes minutes
Servings 4 servings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ½ pounds russet potatoes
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup diced red bell pepper or green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon melted butter

Peel potatoes (if desired) and cut into ½” chunks.

Toss potatoes with olive oil, seasoned salt & garlic powder.

Add to the air fryer basket and cook at 380°F for 15 minutes.

Combine onion, bell pepper and butter. Add to the air fryer, reduce heat to 340°F and cook an additional 15 minutes or until vegetables and potatoes are tender.

Serve immediately.
Store leftover home fries in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
To reheat, put in the microwave for a minute or two or place back in the air fryer for 5 minutes or until heated through.
