- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 6 oz each
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Preheat oven to 450°F

Cook garlic with the oil on medium heat until softened and fragrant (do not brown). Remove from heat and add in brown sugar, soy sauce and chili flakes.

Put chicken breasts on a foil lined pan and top with the garlic brown sugar mixture.

Bake uncovered for 18-22 minutes, or until juices run clear.
Cover chicken with foil and allow it to rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing it.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
